An Automated Webinar Funnel That Brings in Leads Every Day
Stephanie Davis is the founder of Positioned for Wealth, where she helps ambitious professional women turn the income they work hard for into long-term wealth. Her teaching happens live: a recurring masterclass, a five-day challenge, and a core program, with a one-on-one Intensive for women who want a full plan.
When we met, Stephanie was in the middle of a complete rebrand. Her previous business ran on a WordPress site, a Mailchimp list, Eventbrite registrations, and Zoom. There were no reminder emails at all, follow-up was done by hand, and her last webinar saw about 11% of registrants actually show up. She had signed up for HighLevel because she knew it could do more, but as she put it, “I was still too green to really put it all together.” Her first onboarding call with the platform ended before she learned how to make anything live.
The rebrand needed everything new: a website that said what she had been struggling to articulate, a webinar funnel that ran without her, and the systems underneath it so she could stop operating in two lanes and start selling.
Challenge & Solution
Stephanie’s biggest obstacle was not any single tool. It was that nothing was connected, and every piece felt monumental because she could not see how it fit together. Our first job was to turn her ideas into a sequence she could follow.
Foundation first. On the first session we moved her contact form off Mailchimp onto a HighLevel form, set up her business phone number and SMS opt-in, created a brand email, and loaded our snapshot so the webinar email templates, custom values, and an internal “update webinar details” form were ready before a single page was designed.
Making HighLevel and Zoom Webinars talk. HighLevel cannot register attendees into Zoom Webinars natively, and the platform’s own support could not solve her reminder timing. We built two Zapier connections so a registration in her funnel creates the Zoom registrant and writes each person’s unique join link back to their contact record, then rebuilt the reminder sequence on event-time wait steps so a late registrant gets the right email instead of the fifth one in the series. A replay sequence follows every session automatically.
The website. We designed and built a one-page Positioned for Wealth site in HighLevel, drafting the copy and offer ladder with her, including the Intensive and VIP options. Her reaction when she saw it: “Oh my gosh, you got it. This is what I wanted.”
Seeing SMS compliance through. A2P registration was rejected twice, first over a mismatch between her legal entity and her brand, then over opt-in language. We corrected the brand details, rebuilt the opt-in and privacy pages, resubmitted, and checked the account daily until it passed. The last stretch of the project added an Intensive funnel with checkout, calendar reminders, and a two-week launch sequence she can rerun.
Final Result
Stephanie’s funnel now brings in leads every day. The webinar restarts each week with a short checklist she runs herself, and reminders, replays, and follow-up happen in the background.
The sales followed with her first two Intensive clients.
What changed most is her relationship with her own systems. Within months she was building her own challenge automations and Monday mindset emails. “HighLevel was giving me the shakes,” she said. “But now I can.”
